Templates and calculation tools

Free Trading Journal Tools

Start with a blank template or a browser calculator you can inspect. These tools are separate from the signed-in Pineify Journal. Choose the output you need and keep an export before leaving the page.

Crypto Trading Journal Calculator

You provide
Closed trade prices, quantity, costs and signed funding cash flows

Verify a small record before expanding it

  1. Choose one quote or reporting currency and decide how to represent closed trades, partial exits and fees.
  2. Try one winner, one loser and one breakeven record. Reconcile each result against your own arithmetic or broker statement.
  3. Check the export before entering a larger history. A file with stored values does not become a recalculating spreadsheet automatically.
  4. Keep a backup before refreshing or closing a browser tool. Review account-based products separately if you need persistent storage or authorized AI access.

Free tools and an account Journal solve different tasks

A blank template provides columns. A browser calculator turns your inputs into results for export. The signed-in Journal provides an account workflow for trade records, review notes and reports. These boundaries matter more than a feature-count ranking or an unverified lifetime-price comparison.

No automatic transfer between these tools and the account Journal is established here. Preserve the exported file and check how each destination represents quantities, costs, dates and currencies before moving records.

Free journal questions

Are these tools free without an account?

The linked website generators and browser calculator are accessible without signing in. Their specific calculation and download boundaries are described above. This does not establish unlimited free access to every account-based Pineify Journal or AI feature.

Is this page a saved trading journal?

No. This page helps you choose a tool. The linked browser tools work with local page state or generate downloadable templates. Follow each tool’s saving instructions and keep exports; do not assume cloud sync or automatic recovery.

Which free template includes Excel formulas?

Choose the Excel Formula Template and leave its formula option enabled. The separate Excel Journal Generator exports current values and an optional summary; the day-trading template exports blank CSV or TSV rows. Check the selected fields and verify a known trade when opening the formula workbook.

Can I import TradingView trades into Pineify automatically?

Automatic execution import is not established in the current signed-in Journal. Import History is marked Coming Soon. The free tools described here also do not connect to TradingView or a broker account.

What about the signed-in Pineify Journal?

It is a separate account workflow for structured trade records, notes and reports. Check current access and plan terms in the app. Journal tools used through the Finance Agent have their own authorization and plan requirements; this page does not promise a full free tier or a fixed lifetime price.

Will a free journal improve my returns?

A journal can organize evidence and make inconsistencies easier to inspect. It does not establish a trading edge or guarantee better returns. Historical patterns require adequate data, costs and independent testing before they become useful hypotheses.

Start with a downloadable record

Choose columns that match your trade evidence and inspect the exported file before relying on its summary.
