Read corporate announcements with their source and date
Press releases can announce results, transactions, appointments or product developments. The publisher may be the issuer, a newswire or another party discussing a company. Inspect the linked announcement before treating its claims as the company’s own statements.
Search a symbol, then inspect the returned page
- Browse the provider’s latest-feed endpoint, or type a ticker and select Search. Suggestions do not apply the query automatically.
- Check the displayed publisher and publication string. An absent timezone is not silently converted to your local time.
- Open the source link for the full announcement. Missing links remain plain text.
- Export CSV to save the current page of up to 20 records, including available text. The export is not a complete archive; formula-like strings are escaped for spreadsheet safety.
- Use Next or Previous to inspect additional pages. No results on a page do not establish that no corporate event occurred.
Separate announcements, filings and investment conclusions
A release can summarize earnings or a proposed acquisition, while the underlying filing contains qualifications, accounting detail or conditions. Review the issuer’s investor-relations site and SEC EDGAR filings where applicable. Forward-looking targets are not realized outcomes, and a legal claim is not a court finding.
Data delivery limits
This page uses Financial Modeling Prep’s press-release endpoints. Requests are cached for up to five minutes and do not stream new publications. Coverage, source access and dates may be incomplete. Refresh requests the selected page again; it does not guarantee an uncached or newly published record.
The tool supplies records and source links for research. It does not measure an announcement’s market impact, select trades or connect the feed to Pine Script execution.
