What is a Stock Screener?
A stock screener applies filters to company data. This page exposes sector, market-cap minimum, price range, annual-dividend minimum, beta maximum, volume minimum, country and exchange. It requests up to 20 matching company snapshots from Financial Modeling Prep. It does not expose a P/E filter, a dividend-yield percentage, or a ranked list of investment recommendations.
How to Use This Stock Screener
- 1
Select Your Filters
Choose from sector, market cap, price range, and other fundamental metrics to narrow the provider query. Market-cap choices are lower bounds, not exclusive size bands.
- 2
Apply Filters
Click the "Apply Filters" button to request supported stocks that match your specific investment criteria.
- 3
Analyze Results
Review the results table which displays key data points like Price, Market Cap, Beta, and Volume. Results are not sorted or exhaustive; export returned rows to compare them separately.
Why Use Our Stock Screener?
Cached Snapshots
Requests use a two-minute backend cache. This page does not stream changing prices or guarantee a specific exchange delay.
100% Free
No subscription required. Use the filters and CSV export subject to provider coverage and service limits.
Advanced Filters
Use the displayed filters together. Beta is market sensitivity, not total risk; annual dividend amount is not dividend yield.
