Market Insights is a four-module intelligence suite that brings institutional-grade market data — options flow, dark pool transactions, congressional trades, and net premium sentiment — into a single real-time dashboard.

Getting Started

1. Open the Market Insights section in Pineify.
2. Choose a module — Options Flow, Market Tide, Dark Pool, or Congress.
3. Filter by ticker, sector, trade size, or date range to focus on the activity that matters to your strategy.

The dashboard updates in real-time throughout the trading session, surfacing the most unusual and significant activity automatically.

Options Flow

Track real-time options order flow to understand how large players are positioning:

• Block Trade Detection: See individual options trades above configurable size thresholds as they happen.
• Unusual Options Activity: Detect trades where volume significantly exceeds open interest — a potential signal of informed positioning.
• Above Ask / Below Bid Sentiment: Trades executed above the ask suggest aggressive buying; below bid suggests aggressive selling. The dashboard color-codes these in real-time.
• Smart Money Indicators: Algorithmic scoring highlights flow most likely to represent institutional or informed trading.
• Sector-Level Aggregation: See where options activity is concentrated by sector and industry.

Market Tide

Visualize net premium flow and sector-level sentiment at a glance:

• Net Premium Time Series: Track the cumulative difference between call and put premium over the trading day — a rising tide signals bullish institutional conviction.
• Sector Heat Maps: See which of the 11 major sector ETFs are attracting the most bullish or bearish flow.
• Intraday Momentum: Identify shifts in market sentiment as they develop, not after the fact.
• Historical Comparison: Compare today's net premium flow against previous sessions to gauge relative conviction.

Dark Pool

Dark pools account for a significant portion of equity volume. Market Insights surfaces this hidden activity:

• Block Trade Tracking: See large trades executed on dark pool venues with price, size, and timestamp.
• Volume Distribution & Point of Control: Identify the price levels where the most dark pool volume has concentrated — a potential support or resistance zone.
• Tiered Analysis: Filter by trade size tier (e.g., $1M+, $5M+, $10M+) to focus on the most significant institutional activity.
• Accumulation / Distribution Patterns: Spot sustained buying or selling over multiple sessions through dark pool data trends.

Congress Trading

Follow the stock trades disclosed by members of the U.S. Congress:

• Recent Filings: See the latest buy and sell disclosures from senators and representatives, updated as STOCK Act filings become public.
• Late Filing Alerts: Flag disclosures filed more than 45 days after the transaction — a pattern worth monitoring.
• Top Net Impact Rankings: See which members have the largest net buy or sell positions.
• 535+ Members Tracked: Every senator and representative is monitored for trading activity.

1. Choose Your Module: Select Options Flow, Market Tide, Dark Pool, or Congress. Apply filters to narrow the data to your focus area.
2. Analyze Real-Time Data: The dashboard streams live data throughout the trading session. Use the charts, tables, and heat maps to identify patterns and unusual activity.
