Read reported holdings in context
This lookup uses FMP's mutual fund and ETF disclosure-holder endpoint. It is a stock-to-holder search, not a complete portfolio report for a fund. FMP documents this endpoint for US company coverage; an empty response can reflect coverage or processing gaps.
Check a record before comparing positions
- Enter a stock ticker and choose Search Holders. Changing a symbol clears the previous result so it cannot appear under a different ticker.
- Match the holder name, CIK and security CUSIP to the original filing. A fund family may contain several separate funds or share classes; do not sum similarly named rows without checking them.
- Read Date Reported as the provider's date field. This lookup does not return enough evidence to equate it with a trade date, publication timestamp or a uniform quarter-end across all rows.
- Compare share counts only after aligning the security, fund and reporting periods. Check splits, amendments and reporting-unit changes before interpreting a difference as purchases or sales.
- Use a column heading to sort the current page. Export page CSV downloads those same rows in the displayed order; use Next to inspect or export another page.
What the columns establish
Shares is the provider's reported holding count, not an executable order. Weight % displays weightPercent as supplied. For illustration, a reported weight of 3 means 3%, not 300%; the denominator and valuation date still need checking in the source fund report. A large weight can result from an index mandate or relative price changes, so it does not prove a manager's conviction.
Change is displayed without a percentage or share-unit label because the endpoint documentation available for this review does not establish its exact unit or comparison baseline. Do not combine it with Shares to reconstruct a previous position until that definition is confirmed. A dash means unavailable; zero remains zero.
Filing and coverage limits
Registered fund portfolio reporting and institutional manager reporting are different systems. Form N-PORT covers eligible registered funds; Form 13F covers qualifying investment managers. A fund disclosure table should not be treated as a list of every institutional investor or as a live record of fund flows.
The app requests the provider's latest available set once on load and when you search or refresh. Its server cache lasts five minutes. That cache interval does not measure filing delay, provider processing time or the age of each position. This page has no historical date selector, automatic alerts or trade execution.
