Provider Analytics, Not Audited Fund Returns
The source is Financial Modeling Prep’s holder performance endpoint. Pineify displays the returned fields; it does not calculate cash-flow-adjusted returns, estimate a risk model, or audit a manager. A reported benchmark comparison is not evidence of risk-adjusted alpha.
What the Disclosure Leaves Out
The SEC Form 13F FAQ explains the reportable-security scope, filing deadlines, and exclusion of short positions. Quarterly holdings can be stale when published and omit important parts of a strategy. Changes between snapshots do not identify exact trade dates or all trading within the quarter.
Read Values in Their Own Units
Market-value growth can reflect additional reported assets, membership changes, or price changes. A hypothetical portfolio reported at 100 then 150 could have received 50 of additional assets without investment profit. Turnover inferred from periodic holdings is not a complete trading ledger.
The table retains provider field names and numeric values. Percentage-named fields are not rescaled; holding periods are not labeled as quarters without verified documentation. Confirm units, methodology, dividend treatment, fees, cash-flow assumptions, and whether multi-year figures are cumulative or annualized before comparing managers.
Query and Export the Available Page
- Enter a manager’s SEC CIK and a nonnegative API page, beginning with zero. Verify the entity identity using EDGAR.
- Load the response. Changing inputs clears old results so another manager’s data is not mistaken for the new query.
- Use 20-row table pagination to inspect the returned page. API pagination and table pagination are separate.
- Export all rows from this response. Record CIK, API page, and retrieval time externally; the tool does not automatically combine other provider pages.
Missing numbers remain N/A. Refresh may return data cached for ten minutes. This tool provides no manager recommendation, live copy-trading signal, or promise of future outperformance.
