Use the calendar as a starting list

Choose an ex-dividend date range and apply it to load the provider’s returned events. Search narrows those events by symbol or available company name. Sort the entire loaded set before moving between pages. A missing record or payment date does not establish that a company has no dividend.

Check the issuer’s announcement

The ex-dividend date governs whether a purchase carries the ordinary upcoming distribution. The record date identifies shareholders on the company’s books; the payment date is the announced distribution date, which may differ from when a broker credits an account. Special distributions can have different ex-date rules. Check the issuer, exchange or broker before relying on entitlement.

The SEC’s Investor.gov explanation of ex-dividend dates covers ordinary and special dividends. For distributions worth 25% or more of the stock value, it describes an ex-date after the payment date. Do not infer the ex-date from a fixed number of days before payment.

Amounts, currencies and yield

A displayed dividend is one reported per-share event. The calendar does not assume a quarterly frequency, multiply every payment by four, or promise future distributions. When event currency is missing, confirm it with the issuer instead of treating the amount as US dollars. Profile market capitalization and its currency are separate company context, not the currency of the distribution.

Annual dividend yield needs a defined annual dividend measure and a compatible share price. A last-dividend field without a confirmed annual period is insufficient, so this calendar does not calculate annual yield. High distributions do not establish high total returns: price changes, tax and costs also matter.

Source and refresh behavior

Events come from the FMP Dividends Calendar API. The Pineify integration caches calendar data for an hour. Requests run on load or Apply; this is not a live feed. Company profiles are optional enrichment for up to 100 symbols, requested individually. Missing company fields do not become zero-valued financial metrics.

Use the loaded-range label to identify the table’s dates after changing the form. Calendar information can be incomplete, revised or delayed. This tool does not maintain your holdings, calculate account-level cash income or send alerts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does the date filter select?

It selects the provider’s ex-dividend dates, not payment dates. The table shows payment and record dates separately when supplied. Date presets use UTC; search only filters records already loaded for the displayed range.

When does a buyer qualify for a dividend?

For an ordinary cash dividend, buying on or after the ex-dividend date normally excludes that payment. Special distributions and exchange rules can differ. Confirm the announced ex-date and entitlement with the issuer or broker; this calendar does not determine eligibility.

Are amounts shown in US dollars?

Only an event with an explicit USD currency is identified as USD. When event currency is absent, the table says so. A company’s quote currency is not assumed to be the dividend payment currency. Amounts are reported per-share events, not an annual dividend forecast.

Why is there no annual dividend yield?

This page does not have a verified annual cash-dividend series in a matched price currency. Treating one event or an ambiguously named last-dividend field as an annual amount would be misleading, so no annual yield is calculated here.

How fresh and complete is the calendar?

Data is requested when the page loads or you apply a range. The integration caches calendar responses; it does not stream updates. Coverage and dates may change. Company enrichment is limited to the first 100 returned symbols, while calendar events remain visible without company details.

Is this a free payment or alert service?

The calendar has no usage fee or registration requirement. It displays information; it does not send dividend reminders, execute trades or distribute payments. Linked Pineify products have separate access requirements.
