Find a company in the transcript directory
This page uses FMP's earnings-transcript-list endpoint. It returns directory records containing a symbol, company name and provider transcript count. It is a starting point for locating call material; it does not contain call text, fiscal-period dates or proof of uninterrupted historical coverage.
Search, inspect and export
- Wait for the directory request, then search by symbol or company name. Matching is case-insensitive and trims outer spaces.
- Inspect the matches in 20-row pages. A missing company name or invalid count appears as —. An actual zero count is retained.
- Export CSV to download all search matches, not just the current page. Quotes, commas and line breaks are escaped; formula-like text is prefixed with an apostrophe for spreadsheet use.
- Refresh to request the directory again. The server can reuse its one-hour cache. A missing symbol may reflect coverage or timing, not the absence of an earnings call.
What to check before analysis
Verify the event
Match the ticker, issuer, fiscal year, fiscal quarter and call date when retrieving a transcript. A count alone cannot establish those dates or distinguish duplicated documents.
Use the original context
Compare transcribed figures and wording with the issuer's release, presentation or recording. Management outlook is a statement made at that time, not a realized outcome.
Avoid timing assumptions
The directory provides no publication timestamp or verified delay. For historical research, establish when text became available before using it to explain or simulate a trade.
This page does not score sentiment, forecast returns, retrieve full call content or submit orders. Provider access to documents and permitted reuse may differ from access to this directory.
