Look Up As Reported Income Statements

Selected FMP fields, not a complete filing. Monetary values use the reported currency; EPS is currency per share and share counts are shares. Missing values are unavailable, not zero. No currency conversion is performed. The provider statement date is not the filing publication timestamp.

As-Reported Fields Are Not the Whole Filing

FMP returns an as-reported data object with issuer-specific financial tags. This page selects a fixed set of numeric fields and shortens their labels for a table. It does not display the entire filing, every custom tag, dimensional context, footnote or segment. A blank field can mean a tag is absent or unsupported, not that the business had no activity.

Compare Like Periods and Units

  1. Enter a supported symbol, select annual or quarterly data and optionally set an integer limit from 1 to 100.
  2. Press Load Data. Confirm the loaded symbol and period separately from edited draft filters.
  3. Check fiscal year, statement date and reported currency before comparing amounts. Fiscal years need not follow calendar years. Quarter rows are provider periods, not proof that every amount is a standalone three-month duration.
  4. Use the column title to inspect the underlying tag. Export CSV includes all returned rows and the selected raw field names; it does not export omitted filing fields.

Read Line Items in Context

The Revenue column reads one customer-contract revenue tag excluding assessed tax. It may not represent every type of revenue or every issuer. Gross profit and operating income depend on the issuer classification; a subtotal alone does not prove pricing power or operating efficiency.

Basic EPS uses earnings attributable to common shareholders and weighted-average shares, with the issuer applicable adjustments. Diluted EPS considers dilutive potential shares and corresponding numerator adjustments, excluding antidilutive effects. Use the EPS reconciliation instead of dividing a generic net-income figure by the ending share count.

Comprehensive income combines net income and other comprehensive income under applicable accounting rules. Not all unrealized gains are OCI. The table includes some pre-reclassification, reclassification and net OCI fields, so adding every displayed column would double-count overlapping amounts.

Return to the Original Document

For a material conclusion, locate the issuer filing in SEC EDGAR or its investor-relations site. Check currency, units, duration, consolidated versus segment context, comparative restatements and notes. This provider snapshot does not preserve the information set available on a historical trading date.

FMP coverage and available history vary. This application caches the endpoint for one hour; Refresh does not force the upstream provider to publish new information. SEC filings can also be corrected. A table of fields is not an audit opinion or a guarantee of compliance.

Data and Accounting Questions

Is this a complete copy of an SEC income statement?

No. This page shows selected numeric fields from FMP as-reported data, using abbreviated column labels. It does not reproduce the original document, every extension tag, context, footnote or segment. Use the original filing to confirm definitions and units.

Does the displayed Revenue column cover every company?

The column reads revenuefromcontractwithcustomerexcludingassessedtax. A company can use different tags or revenue categories, so a missing cell is not zero revenue. This page does not infer replacement values from other tags.

How should basic and diluted EPS be interpreted?

Basic EPS uses earnings attributable to common shareholders and weighted-average shares, with applicable adjustments. Diluted EPS includes dilutive potential shares and related numerator adjustments; antidilutive instruments are excluded. Check the issuer EPS note, especially for losses or multiple share classes.

What is comprehensive income?

It combines net income with other comprehensive income under the applicable accounting rules. Not every unrealized gain belongs in OCI. Do not sum all displayed OCI columns: pre-reclassification, reclassification and net fields can overlap.

What does CSV export include?

The export includes all returned rows for the selected fields, not only the visible page. Raw provider field names are in the headers. Missing values remain blank; currency is shown separately and no conversion is performed.

How fresh and complete is the data?

Coverage and history depend on the provider and symbol. The application caches this endpoint for one hour; Refresh can return the cached response. The date column is the provider statement date, not proof of when the filing became public or of point-in-time backtest availability.
