Configurable Screener
Start with market and financial criteria, then add a documented technical condition such as MACD or a moving-average crossover. Check whether the displayed field uses the last trading day or another interval.
Five-Minute Price Movers
The public gainers list has a five-minute percentage price change column and a separate volume column. A price increase does not establish an unusual-volume event.
Custom Indicator Alerts
Compare indicator values or price, choose an interval and control trigger frequency. Check the selected session and whether a crossing is required; being above a level and crossing above it are different conditions.

Three Checks Before Using a Match
These hypothetical examples explain what a result means. They are not trade recommendations or measured performance:
- Price is not volume: A move from $10 to $10.20 in five minutes is 2%. If 1,000 shares traded against a typical 50,000 for a comparable window, that is only 0.02 times typical volume. The price move alone does not prove unusual participation.
- Last trade is not an order price: A $10.20 last trade can coexist with a $10.10 bid and $10.30 ask. Buying 100 shares at that ask would cost $1,030 before fees, not the $1,020 suggested by the last trade. Available size and subsequent changes still matter.
- Check the venue: A hypothetical Nasdaq bid of $10.10 and another venue’s bid of $10.12 show why one book need not contain the national best bid. Depth and the national best quote answer different questions.

Webull lists Nasdaq Basic as its free default feed. Nasdaq TotalView costs $2.99 per month for a non-entity account, or is included in Premium at $3.99 monthly or $40 annually. Eligibility and the market-data questionnaire apply. Premium does not automatically cancel an existing standalone data subscription; review subscriptions to avoid paying twice.
The data table lists streaming NBBO separately at $9.99 per month for non-professional users and also describes free per-query NBBO. A requested snapshot is not a continuously updated feed. Professional, entity and regional pricing can differ.

How do I open the Webull mobile screener?
The published guide starts from Search, then Screeners, Create New Screener, conditions and View Results. You can select matches and add them to a watchlist. Navigation can change by app version and region; this is the documented mobile path, not a verified desktop menu path.
Can Webull use custom indicators?

Does Level 2 include every exchange?
Nasdaq TotalView displays Nasdaq book depth, including Nasdaq, NYSE and regional-listed securities trading there. A stock’s listing exchange and the venue supplying its orders are different. NBBO is a separate cross-venue quote product, not the same as Nasdaq depth.
