Natural Language Stock Screener Builder
A useful screening prompt specifies the universe, timeframe, condition, and output. Terms such as oversold, surging volume, or near support need a formula before they can become a repeatable calculation.
Pineify can draft editable Pine Script from your description. Review the result, test it on a chart, and use a compatible indicator in TradingView Pine Screener for a selected source. Sign-in, account allowances, and data access are separate from the generated code.

Example Screener Descriptions
These are illustrative specifications, not records of generated or tested scripts. Keep the timeframe and reference window explicit, then verify the output against a chart.
"For each symbol on a daily chart, report whether RSI(14) crossed below 30 on any of the last three completed bars and the latest completed close is above EMA(200)."
"On the latest completed daily bar, test whether MACD(12,26,9) histogram crossed above zero and volume exceeds 1.5 times the prior 20 completed bars average. Treat missing volume as unavailable."
"For a selected stock watchlist on daily bars, report whether the latest completed close exceeds the highs of the preceding 252 bars and RSI(14) is between 50 and 70. Use 252 bars as an explicit approximation, not an exact calendar year."
"On a completed daily bar, compare low and close with that bar Bollinger lower band using a 20-bar SMA and two standard deviations. Output the band and a 1/0 condition."
"On a daily chart, test a completed close above the preceding 20 bars highest high and volume above the preceding 10 bars maximum. Expose the condition for a separately configured alert."
Choose the execution surface
A chart indicator normally evaluates its chart symbol. A custom multi-symbol script needs explicit requests and has execution limits. TradingView Pine Screener instead applies a compatible indicator to the selected watchlist or index. Its current requirements include one indicator, supported plots or alert conditions, and a 500-bar calculation window. Long lookbacks and benchmark requests need review before scanning.
Pineify Market Screener is another product: it displays supported technical fields for configured collections. It does not accept arbitrary generated Pine code, and its Create Alert control is currently a coming-soon action. Use the coding workflow when the task is to define a new calculation.
Verified 2026-10-20 against the current product workflow and TradingView Pine Screener requirements. See TradingView alerts for the separate creation step. These prompts are educational examples and establish no trading performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
A natural language screening workflow starts with a written rule. In Pineify, the coding agent can draft Pine Script from that description. You still need to check the generated conditions and choose where to run the indicator; the prompt itself does not scan a market.
Describe the universe, timeframe, exact conditions, and output columns to the Pine Script coding agent. Review its source artifact and diagnostics, then test the result in TradingView. This page does not claim a particular model-training dataset or guaranteed correct code.
Price, volume, indicator, and compound rules can be requested when the required data and Pine functions are available. State how missing data and incomplete bars should be handled. A request involving unavailable data or an undefined pattern needs revision, not a promise of universal support.
A compatible generated indicator can run on a TradingView chart or in the separate Pine Screener. Pine Screener applies one indicator to a selected source such as a watchlist. Account access, output requirements, and execution limits still apply. A chart script does not automatically scan every listed stock.
You can start without writing the first draft yourself. You remain responsible for reviewing the rule, installing the code, and checking results. This page does not promise one-click installation or automatic alert creation.
TradingView Stock Screener uses its supported fields and also offers an AI-assisted filter workflow. Pineify drafts editable Pine code for a custom calculation. TradingView Pine Screener is a separate execution surface for compatible indicators. Choose between configuring existing fields and writing a new rule.
