Near a High, a New High and a Positive Return Are Different
In a hypothetical session, a stock previously closed at $10, reached $9.50 today and now trades at $9.45. It is five cents below the current session high but still down 5.5% from the previous close. If it later trades at $9.51, that is a new session high and a negative daily return at the same time. A near-high observation does not prove that the price crossed the reference high.
The glossary distinguishes Stream modes and defines Momentum separately from percentage price change. The user guide separates a 52-week marker from an intraday high. Record the reference period and mode; neither a rising count nor a new daily high is a measured probability of further gains.
Check Delivery, Not Just the Word Real Time
The current plans page warns that events may queue during heavy activity. The 2023 guide describes polling for halts and says notification can take up to a minute after Nasdaq issuance. Its Discovery sections also give conflicting 30-second and one-minute refresh descriptions. We do not treat those descriptions as a current latency test or promise instant halt alerts.
Check event timestamps, browser permissions and notification history in the trial. A halted stock may not be tradable, and an alert price is not a guaranteed execution price. Test any webhook receiver separately from brokerage order acceptance and fills.

No. Default and Near modes use different conditions. An observation near a reference high can still be below it. Check the selected Stream mode and the underlying price before treating an alert as a new-high event.
Do MOMO alerts execute brokerage orders?
The current plans page keeps brokerage execution separate. The user guide documents a webhook integration for eligible alerts, but delivering a payload to another system is not evidence that an order was accepted or filled.
Can Pineify import or export a MOMO scanner?
Pineify Market Screener has no automatic MOMO-condition importer or matrix-to-Pine export. Full screener access requires sign-in and Expert or higher. Its visible active collection refreshes every 60 seconds; it is not a substitute for a streaming alert service.
