When Bitcoin drops 20% in a single day, what is your first reaction?

How to use the worksheet

Choose the answer closest to how you have actually acted. If none fits, note that limitation when reviewing the result. The options are simplified scenarios; they cannot account for your finances, strategy, obligations or every reason for exiting a position.

The six topic names organize prompts. They do not measure clinical traits or establish whether a person should trade. There is no validation study, comparison population or relationship to financial returns established for this worksheet.

Understand the scoring

Every answer contributes 1–4 editorial points to named topics. Each topic is divided by its maximum possible points and rounded. The overall score equally averages the six rounded topic percentages. Because the lowest answer contributes one of four points, the scale starts at 25 rather than zero. A 75 is not a 75th percentile or a probability of success.

The radar diagram is a static summary of those same percentages. Its shape is not a diagnosis. Review the answer and context behind a low-scoring topic instead of treating it as a measured personal weakness.

Review decisions, not a rank

Use the suggested prompts to compare your answers with a journal entry or a documented plan. A higher score on a repeat attempt may reflect different answers or familiarity with the rubric. The page keeps only the latest submitted answers, so it does not provide a progress history or evidence of improvement.

Storage and privacy scope

Scoring runs in this page. Submitted answers are saved in this browser when local storage is available. They are not encrypted and may be accessible to someone using this device or scripts with access to this site. This worksheet makes no answer-submission request; that does not mean the whole site has no analytics or network activity.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a validated psychological assessment?

No. This is an editorial reflection checklist, not a validated psychological instrument, diagnosis or trading-suitability test. The labels and point assignments are chosen for this worksheet and do not predict returns or losses.

How are the scores calculated?

Each selected answer contributes 1–4 points to the topics shown in the scoring guide. A topic percentage is its total divided by four times its number of contributions, rounded to a whole number. The overall score is the rounded, equal-weight mean of the six topic percentages. The point scale runs from 25 to 100; it is not a percentile among traders, and not every value is necessarily attainable.

What should I do with a low or high score?

Use it to choose questions for a journal review. Check your answers against actual decisions. A low score does not establish poor mental health or inevitable losses; a high score does not establish skill, readiness or a profitable strategy.

What is saved?

After submission, the page attempts to save your latest answers in local storage in this browser and recomputes the summary when opened again. It does not keep a history of assessments. Retake clears the saved worksheet answers. Storage can fail or be cleared by browser settings.

Are the answers sent to a server?

This worksheet has no answer-submission request; its scoring runs in the browser. Local storage is not encrypted private storage, and this statement is not a guarantee about all site analytics, browser extensions or a shared device. Avoid entering sensitive personal details.
