FinChat has become Fiscal.ai

Fiscal.ai identifies itself as the former FinChat. Its company research workflow includes financial statements, company-specific KPIs and business segments, dashboards and conversational analysis. Earlier FinChat documentation also describes earnings materials and custom metrics.

Existing FinChat searches and older links can still refer to that product history. Check the current Fiscal.ai product and plan before relying on a historical feature limit or price. This page retains the familiar comparison URL while using the current product name.

Start with a research question that exposes data differences

For a company analysis, specify the entity, reporting period, units and metric definition. Compare the returned number with the filing or earnings material. A segment label can change, a fiscal quarter can differ from a calendar quarter, and adjusted figures can differ from reported figures.

For a custom margin or growth calculation, inspect both inputs and the formula. A fluent summary does not resolve missing values or restated results. Save the cited source and the date of retrieval so another reader can reproduce the comparison.

Pineify research and coding are separate outputs

Pineify Finance Agent works with available research tools, while Coding Agent can draft scripts for supported trading languages. A sourced financial answer is not automatically a chart indicator or an executable strategy.

TradingView Pine scripts can only use data available through their supported runtime and data access functions. Do not assume that every item returned by a finance tool—such as a specific options field, a filing detail or a transaction disclosure—can be plotted as a live Pine series. Check the actual feed, symbol coverage and update schedule.

Compare access and results without an invented winner

Use the same task and source period in both products. Inspect citations, metric definitions, table export or reuse, and how each product handles a missing result. Record the steps required to reach a reviewable answer rather than assigning an unsupported speed or accuracy score.

Current pricing, query limits and dataset entitlements require checking the official plan pages and your account. This comparison does not claim equivalent coverage, a Bloomberg Terminal connection, or a fixed cost advantage. Financial research is not a recommendation to buy or sell.

Questions before switching

Fiscal.ai describes itself as formerly FinChat. Existing FinChat references may use the former name.

No. Its documented research workflow also includes dashboards, company data, charts and custom metrics.

No. Pine Script must use data available through the TradingView runtime. Access to data in a separate research tool does not create a Pine-compatible feed.

No matched evaluation is provided. Check individual answers against source documents and calculations, including missing data and revised values.
