Identify the quote before reading a level
Broker, pair, interval, and price basis
Keep the full pair and data-provider label visible. A broker chart can display bid, ask, or midpoint candles; a single candle series does not reveal the spread unless both quote sides are shown. Check the platform setting and current quote before comparing a suggested entry with an executable price. The image endpoint does not fetch the broker’s order book, current spread, or economic calendar.
Check decimal places and pip distances
A small transcription error can change the risk calculation
For common non-JPY pairs such as EUR/USD, one pip is conventionally 0.0001; for USD/JPY it is 0.01. A fractional pip is not a full pip. In a synthetic EUR/USD example, 1.0850 minus 1.0825 is 0.0025, or 25 pips. On USD/JPY, 150.25 minus 150.00 is also 25 pips. Neither example is a current quote or a recommended stop. Confirm the broker’s instrument convention instead of counting displayed decimal places blindly.
Separate chart movement from a possible fill
Use bid and ask consistently
Suppose a hypothetical EUR/USD quote is 1.0850 bid and 1.0852 ask. Buying at the ask and immediately selling at the unchanged bid loses 0.0002 per euro, or 2 pips, before any commission. For 10,000 EUR, that difference is 2 USD. If you already use the actual ask entry and bid exit in a calculation, do not subtract that same spread a second time. Financing, commission, slippage, and conversion into a different account currency are separate inputs.
Keep session timing and volume definitions explicit
Do not infer global liquidity from one screenshot
Record the chart timezone, date, and whether candles are complete. Session labels must be interpreted for that date; fixed EST labels are not a reliable substitute for the applicable local time and daylight-saving rules. No session is proven to give Pineify its highest recognition accuracy. Volume also depends on the feed: TradingView documents that some symbols lack volume and some provide tick volume, which counts price updates rather than total traded currency across the market.
Use the image report as a reviewable interpretation
Unknown values should remain unknown
Upload one PNG, JPEG, or WebP image up to 3 MB after checking sign-in, eligible paid access, and daily allowance. The report can describe visible structure, patterns, support, resistance, suggested entry and exit prices, risks, and uncertainty. Unreadable prices, pair labels, or timeframes can be unavailable. Its model-assessed 0–100 scores are not calibrated win probabilities. Images are uploaded for processing and results are saved to account history.
Build a reproducible forex review
Keep the source image with the result
Capture the same pair, broker feed, timeframe, and timestamp for each comparison. Check every quoted level against the original chart. Record numerical errors, unsupported indicators, and absent context. If you test a trading rule, define the trigger, stop, exit, session, costs, and sizing before examining later prices. A suggested level is not a lot-size calculation or evidence that the rule is profitable.
