What is a Trading Risk Dashboard?
A Trading Risk Dashboard is a specialized tool designed to help traders monitor, analyze, and manage the financial risks associated with their investment portfolio. By aggregating data from all open positions, it provides a comprehensive view of total capital at risk, concentration of risk across specific assets, and potential drawdown scenarios.
Using a risk dashboard allows traders to move beyond simple P&L tracking and focus on capital preservation—the primary goal of any successful trader. It highlights dangerous exposure levels before they become account-threatening losses.

Risk Dashboard FAQ
Does this tool support Short selling?
Yes, simply select "Short" in the Direction dropdown. The calculator automatically adjusts the risk calculation logic (Risk = (Stop Loss - Entry) × Quantity).
Is my trade data private?
Absolutely. This tool runs entirely in your browser. Recent positions are saved to your browser's local storage for your convenience, but are never transmitted to Pineify.
Can I calculate risk for options or futures?
Yes, provided you input the correct Quantity (e.g., number of contracts) and Prices. For leveraged products, ensure the Quantity reflects the full contract size or adjust your calculation accordingly.
