What Are Fund & ETF Disclosure Dates?
Fund and ETF disclosure dates are the specific calendar dates on which mutual funds and exchange-traded funds are required to publicly report their portfolio holdings to the SEC. These filings — typically submitted quarterly — reveal the exact securities a fund holds, enabling investors to evaluate a fund's strategy, sector exposure, and risk profile. Our free Fund & ETF Disclosure Dates tool lets you instantly look up every quarterly filing date for any fund symbol.

Why Fund Disclosure Dates Matter for Investors
Track Institutional Activity
Disclosure dates tell you exactly when a fund reveals its holdings. By monitoring these dates, you can see what the largest institutional investors are buying and selling each quarter.
